Logen Update

I posted an update on my blog about our St Louis trip. The gist- he was put on 4 meds and his seizures have the potential to be fatal. Crappy news!

Oh Jess. I just read the update and my heart sunk. You're right: that was NOT what you wanted to hear. Ugh, I hate doctor's offices, especially when we have to sit there, listening to shitty news! But, I absolutely agree with Dawn: you are an amazing mom and are doing everything that can possibly done for sweet Logen. And I'll keep praying that the drugs will work and you'll notice a big difference in his seizures and mood. And, of course, I'll keep praying for doctoral wisdom in FINALLY diagnosing him with the right thing. I've always thought that half the battle was KNOWING what was "wrong". Hugs to you, babe.

Thanks Chrystie. I feel like we need LOTS & LOTS of prayers at this point. I'd love to know what he has. I've lost sleep over it for a long time. There's nothing like being diagnosed with something and then find out 2 years later that may not be the case.
